Pada tanggal 12 September nanti, band kelas dunia LINKIN PARK akan merilis "LP Recharge" sebuah game Facebook free-to-play. Di game ini sendiri akan membuka lagu "A Light That Never Comes". LINKIN PARK yang bekerjasama dengan EDM artis asal Jepang Steve Aoki dalam festival perdananya di Summer Sonic Jepang bulan ini.

Game "LP Recharge" ini menceritakan pemain harus bisa membawa energi bersih dan mengambil alih kembali  untuk menyelamatkan planet bumi ini dari sekelompok penjahat elit. Untuk pendaftar yang baru akan disajikan download secara gratis dari klip lagu baru.

Pekan lalu, LINKIN PARK sendiri telah menggelar kesembilan LPU Summit yang diselenggarakan di Hong Kong, dengan perayaan video klip tersedia disini

Dalam beberapa bulan terakhir, sang vokalis Chester Bennington telah bergabung bersama band lain yakni STONE TEMPLE PILOTS untuk mengisi lagu mereka yang berjudul "Out of Time" dengan memuncaki No. 1 Mainstream Rock Chart, yang memberi Bennington No. 1 lagu di tahun yang berturut-turut dengan dua band terpisah, suatu prestasi yang mengesankan bagi LINKIN PARK maupun Bennigton.
